AEOLIAN CODE Aeolian Code is a three-part installation that explores the intersection of nature, material exploration, and digital fabrication. This project captures the intricate patterns of sand and water ripples shaped by the wind and transforms them into solid tactile representations of fluid environments. Images from Zion, Utah and Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, British Columbia are transformed into digital forms using Grasshopper. This installation involved parametric modelling in Grasshopper, CNC milling of upcycled Corian, and laser cut homemade bioplastics dyed with spirulina.
